The breakfast offered toast, a cooked option, alongside tea and coffee. The breakfast was great. the owner showed real friendliness, a true pleasure. my room was spacious, perfect for one person, and included a comfortable bed plus a bathroom of suitable size.

the location proved perfect for my travel needs! it was convenient. i found easy access to many local amenities. a car park was conveniently situated just 100ft away which helped a lot.

the location is very convenient to city centre attractions. i appreciated the staff catering to my dietary needs with vegan options each morning. the staff were friendly, and i could contact them for extra things like irons and cutlery. mike (the owner) even bought gluten-free bread i needed, very thoughtful.
The room could have benefited from better window coverings. There were only blinds, no curtains.
